Taghaphari Minapin Nagar Pakistan:

Taghaphari is part of Minapin valley.This place famous for "Rakaposhi and Diran Peak"  base camping. Taghaphari is green landscape.Way for "Diran and Rakaposhi" Peak is from this valley.This place is surrounding with beautiful green Meadows.Toureists can enjoy Beautiful view of  Diran, Rakaposhi and the panoramic view of Hunza-Nagar.

Tourists can also enjoy the Minapin Glacier which sweep down from the 16 km long fluted snowy ridge that connects the Rakaposhi and Diran. Minapin Taghaphari trek is the ideal introduction of Karakoram trekking.

Camping at Taghaphari:

The best place in the world for Camping is "Taghaphari", it's my opinion, but I'm sure that after visiting this place you also admire that.

This Zone is free for Camping.The peak behind camps is "Rakaposhi".Tourists can enjoy amazing view of Diran peak from camping area.The camping area is surrounding with beautiful green meadows.From this point you can also see "Minapin Glacier".After 3 hours tracking from "Taghaphari" base camp a beautiful lake called "kaxaile" is located.Tourists can also visit this place.

A Planned route for Taghaphari Journey:

Day 1: Islamabad Pakistan.

Day2: Fly to Gilgit or drive to Gilgit (By road)  in case of Flight cancellation.

Day 3: Drive to Minapin Nagar from Gilgit.

Day 4: Trek to Hapakun tent.

Day 5: Trek to Taghaphari tent.

Day 6: Trek to Diran base camp.

Day 7: Free day. 

Day 8: Trek down to Minapin Hotel.

Day 9: Free day at Hotel.

Day 10: Drive to Gilgit Hotel.

Day 11: Fly to Islamabad or drive (By road) in case of Flight Cancellation.

Day 12: Free day at Islamabad Hotel.

Day 13: Fly to your Country.

'Mother of Mist' Rakaposhi:

Rakaposhi means "Snow Covered".It is situated in the Nagar Valley Gilgit.It is ranked 27th highest in the world and 12th in Pakistan.This mountain covered with snow through out the year.

There ar brilliant views of Rakaposhi from the Karakorum Range route on the route through Hunza. A tourist spot within the city of Ghulmat (located within the Nagar Valley) known as "Zero purpose of Rakaposhi" is that the nearest convenient read purpose of the mountain.
